Attn: Mr. Jon Sirnrns, President

Schertz, TX 78154

Dear Mr. Sirnrns:

On behalf of Operation Homefront Texas, please accept my gratitude for your generous donation of assorted
canned and non-perishable food items in December 2009. This donation is especially meaningful during our
nation's current economic state. Your considerate contribution further aids our efforts to give back to those
who give so much.
As you may know, our organization is dedicated to helping the families of military members deployed overseas
in service to our country. When our brave men and women are called upon to protect our freedoms, they do so
at the expense of their loved ones' stable lifestyle. That is where we come in to help. Operation Homefront
Texas provides support for those military spouses and children adversely affected by the sudden departure of
their beloved service member.
With your donation, as well as the donations of others, Operation Homefront Texas has seen substantial growth.
Over the past year, we have doubled the number of clients who need our services. We hope that our
organization will continue to thrive so that struggling military members and their families continue to receive
aid.
To comply with the United States Internal Revenue Service regulations, this letter acknowledges that you are
receiving no goods or services in connection with this contribution. Once again, thank you for your generosity
and support of Operation Homefront Texas. It is only through wonderful people like you, that we can continue
the work that we do for our military service members and their families. If you have any questions or need
further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at 210-659-8039 or texas@oRerationhomefront.net.
Sincerely,

Jennifer M. Cernoch
